MISS BERKS COUNTY 1999
Kelly (Kuhns) Kobland, a Kutztown resident, was Miss Berks County 1999. While at the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Pageant in June, she presented a jazz dance to "I Try to Think About Elvis" and was selected as 2nd runner-up to the Community Service Award. Her platform was "Promoting a Healthy, Sustainable Environment Through Education."
