Applications, Fact Sheets, Talent Request Forms and General Information for  the 2010 Miss Greater Reading Outstanding Teen Pageant are now available. All forms  are available  on  the website, by email or by regular mail. If you wish to have the forms  sent  by email  or  regular mail,  please contact  us.  In order to be considered a  contestant  in  the Teen Pageant,  the  Application,  Fact  Sheet and Check for $100 entry fee must be received by deadline. Please note that  refunds will be given only if the pageant is cancelled or if the contestant  wins  an  earlier preliminary leading to the 2010 Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen America Pageant.
